Customer Services
C2BG (the Council’s Contact Centre) will be closed on Monday, 28th May and will re-open at 8.00am on Tuesday, 29th May 2018. However, you can submit reports, requests and applications to the Council through the customer portal on our website www.blaenau-gwent.gov.uk or via the °¬˛ćAƬ mobile app available from the Apple, Google Play and Windows app store.
The Emergency out-of-hours service can be contacted on the usual number of 01495 311556 during this period. The Piper Alarm service will also continue to operate. Enquiries regarding Piper lifeline alarms out of office hours should be directed to 0845 056 8035.
Social Services Duty Team
The Duty Team Office will be closed on Monday, 28th May. During the Bank Holiday period please contact the Emergency Duty Team for Social Services on 0800 328 44 32.

Cash Desk and Payments
Benefits customer services and the cash desk will be closed on Monday, 28th May 2018. For anyone wishing to make a payment between these dates the 24-hour automated payment line is available on 0845 604 2635 or payments can be made via the °¬˛ćAƬ website.
Waste and Recycling Collection Services
The waste and recycling collection services will continue as normal over the Bank Holiday.
